Ordering through our on-line store is fast, easy & secure! The first time you place an order with us, you will be asked to register as a Customer and provide your Billing Address. Then you can proceed to our easy check out process.

We offer free shipping on any order over $25! Orders under $25 are charged a flat fee of $5.
Currently we ship to domestic US addresses only.
Our normal shipping method is through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using 2-Day Priority Mail. If you need a faster shipping service, please call us at 860.444.9428, to arrange another shipping method, in which case shipping charges will be based on actual rates.
We will prepare your package for shipping using eco-friendly and recycled shipping materials as much as possible!
Your order will ship within 1-2 day business days after we receive your order. All orders will be shipped with Delivery Confirmation, however if require a signature for delivery, please note that in the comment section during the check-out process.
Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation so you can track your shipment. In most cases your shipment will arrive on the 2nd business day after being shipped (transit times are solely dependent on USPS). |

We offer a 30 day return policy on all non-food items, no questions asked!
If your order arrives in good condition, but you would like to return an item, we will refund the full purchase price of the item (excluding shipping).
Simply call our store at 860.444.9428 to let us know that you will be returning an item and to receive return instructions.
Once we receive the returned item, we will refund you the purchase price back to your credit card.
If you order arrives damaged, or does not work properly, please call us immediately at 860.444.9428. We will promptly issue you a refund or send a replacement item. For quality control purposes, we may ask that you send the damaged/defective item back to us. We will pay for shipping the damaged/defective items to us. |
